I and our two daughters absolutely love your products and use a wide range if them and have done so for several years. We look forward to 2026 and any new products as well as repeat purchases. We love that you are a very ethical company regarding ingredients used and impact on the environment. Going forward, like some other positive companies we would love to see refillable pots ( such as with day cream, repose type pots) and refillable sachet bags for hand wash, shower gels etc, plus travel size so we don’t have to decant into odd sized pharmacy purchased pots). This would have a massive impact on reducing waste, recycling and it definitely works well for the likes of body shop, Charlotte Tilbury etc.

Always faster delivery than I expect, thank you. Sometimes, in an ecological way, the boxes are far too big and have lots of paper in them. I had 2 deliveries - one with 10 items and one with 5. I had 2 different sized boxes - i assumed the little box had the 5 items. The little box was very well packed with 10 items, the bigger box had 5 items and lots of paper. The products are always fabulous though.
