Very poor service. This company will not refund my payment for the boots with the cracked sole that I sent back! Horrible customer service!!!!!!

My feet would throb at the end of my 12-14 hour days of work and family activities. I bought a pair of these shoes and have wore them for almost a full year. My feet have not throbbed since the second or third day of wearing them.

My shoes were returned and received 4 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund to my credit card. Not sure why it's taking so long. Have sent an inquiry email, but no response yet.

We love the comfort of our Kybun boots!! The only downside we have had is that they wear out within a year or less. We are plumbers so with that being said that could be the issue with wear and tear. I have never had a more comfortable footwear!!

Misleading and not up to the standards. They state something but what I received was something else. Also they are not accountable for there own mistakes.

I paid a rental fee to try out a pair of shoes. They were too large so I exchanged them for a smaller size. I returned those as well but have not received a refund of the rental fee. You shoes are great but your customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. The listed phone number is never answered.

My order NEVER ARRIVED When I contacted customer service, they said too bad So sad. And this was after multiple attempts to try to contact customer service. It’s very difficult to get a hold of them. They told me I had to track down the package that they never sent They said they would not assist me in trying to find the package. They refused to refund my money

Again never can reach a live agent. How about reaching out when my refund is complete.

Since I had never worn Kybun shoes, I estimated size and had to return one pair. It was a challenge for me to negotiate the exchange. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience. The sneakers look good and wear very comfortably.

Customer service was helpful in choosing my first pair of Kybuns. Shipping was prompt. I’m a happy customer!
