I love my new tent; looking forward to many delightful nights camping under the stars! It was easy to set up, too! I encountered a problem with one of the tent poles, but customer service was amazing; very responsive. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend Woods!

It started to disintegrate in the 1st month and wo the receipt I cant return it

I received my tent with a hole it in top of it before I even Used it once. I informed the company and they told me I could send it back. (Don’t get me wrong I love the tent.) and they can replace it but who knows how long that will take. They were willing to send me a replacement canvas but that it had holes in it also. It does not seem fair to buy something that is already destroyed before I even used it. I do recommend the tent, but beware it may have holes in it.

Lighter than expected. Good seat height and reclines enough to relax and support your head.

The colour faded badly after 2 washes and the waist band started to rip. I have never seen anything like it. I have provided pictures in earlier emails.

Decided to go with this model without exhaustive research since all high-end tents were backorder due to COVID. I assumed that Woods would be a little more reliable that Outbound, which wins the palm for bad reviews. This tent has 2 major design issues. First the main doors. These big openings go along the length of the tent and have only one pair of zippers, so if you want to open from one side and the zippers are at the opposite side, you need to open the whole door. Not very practical when you have a bunch of mosquitoes wanting to come in for a blood buffet. Also, they open on the top and sides but not on the bottom. This means you have step over the bottom part (about 8-10 inches high) along the narrow zipper opening to get in and out. I think it is a matter of time before our pup rips that part out in some way. Second, the vestibules have restricted space considering the size of the tent. They are designed in a way that if you go in and out when the rain fly is wet, you are surely to get also wet, since as soon as you go out, most of your body is in contact with the vestibule door. More so, once you unzip the vestibule door, all the water droplets fall on the tent. These two issues aside, and maybe the fact that the floor fabric is very thin, I thought it was a decent compromise for the price. However, when the rain came, it did not take too long for water to seep through the seams of the rain fly and our brand-new tent was raining inside. What a disappointment! It was a pretty strong shower, so I thought that maybe it would perform better under light rain. The next day, we had some light showers and the water started seeping through again. I am very disappointed since Canadian Tire has an exchange only policy on tents and I really do not want an exchange for the same tent, since I’m pretty sure these flaws are common to all units. Easy to set up, easy to take down. Travels easily. If you want a big chair you can get cozy in, get this chair. Thinking of buying another to fulfill my dream of having a camping couch.

Hi. I loved the simplicity and screen details of tent purchased. Unfortunately there was a tear in the seam and a pole that broke as we set it up for the first time, dissapeared about that. I hope that we just got a lemon tent and the one we receive to replace it is up to expectation! Looking forward to receiving replacement. Thanks

Purchased a queen size air mattress for our camper, it was the perfect size we needed. Shipment arrived quickly & shipping is free. It appears to be a nice, quality made mattress, inflates quickly however, it would lose air before the end of the night. Contacted Woods, they responded immediately, sent us a return shipping label now we're just waiting for the exchange. Hoefully this one will do the trick. Overall still a good product.
