I will say the shipping took a while- at some point my order wasn’t updating anymore. However the products are amazing, so it makes up for it!

I had a mix up with my delivery address and their customer service was very helpful and friendly. Great products, great company, great people.

I waited almost 3 weeks and nothing so I emailed them then they checked told me it got lost sent me a replacement but nothing else for the waste of time and for the inconvenience since I ran out of the hair products.👎🏼
