Defective zipper broke after third wear. Customer service is not what it used to be. Definitely declining customer service.

You have requested a review for a pair of shoes ordered in 2020 for my father. He passes away in 2021, so your email and request came as a surprise and is VERY HURTFUL. Fix your system so requests for reviews are sent within weeks of the order and shipment - not 4 years later!!!!!!
