I shopped at the Princess Polly at the Easton location and everyone was super helpful! One girl in specific that was amazing was Grace! She was super helpful getting sizes and even found me a dress that was just what I needed.

They were absolutely amazing! I contacted them about trying to see if I could get faster shipping and pay for it even though I had already completed my order. They got back to me almost immediately and even though there was nothing they could do they were amazing with their communication! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

My package got lost half way in another country and they were so quick to handle the situation and I got a full refund to repurchase the item. Definitely a 10/10 experience because that could have been a lot worse and a lot more stressful!!

I really like Princess Polly’s clothes, because of how great the quality of the products are. One thing that I would like is if there were more discount codes, because sometime the prices are too much. Other than that, princess polly is the best.

They also offer free express shipping if you spend over a certain amount (usually $50–$75), which is such a bonus when you need a last-minute outfit. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the tracking updates were accurate and easy to follow. I’ve ordered from them multiple times now, and the shipping has been consistently fast and smooth. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had with online fashion retailers.

I’m was expecting a hard return process when some of the things I bought didn’t fit correctly, however the return was amazingly easy and replacements came within a few days. It’s been a great experience and I will continue to shop here for their cute and good quality clothing.

The romper is cute and well made. the color is vibrant. It runs small so I would size up. I ordered a 2 but am exchanging for a 4. For reference I’m 5,4 and weigh 110
