Truly! Grace, Sally and Fatima at Princess Polly Easton Town Center were so friendly and helpful. Grace saw my daughter's style vision and made great suggestions. Sally gave great feedback on her choices. Fatima was the friendliest checkout staff person ever. It was our last store of the day. . . we were just going to pop in and look around. Instead, we came out with some great pieces. We've been shopping Prn ss Polly online for several years and are excited for the transition to brick and mortar!

Literally one of my favorite shops ever. They’re fast and efficient with shipping and sales. Products are always above standards and so so cute definitely worth the purchase every time. As for in store they’re so kind and helpful just wish there was more stores in SD I would be there 24/7!!

I shopped at the Princess Polly at the Easton location and everyone was super helpful! One girl in specific that was amazing was Grace! She was super helpful getting sizes and even found me a dress that was just what I needed.

They were absolutely amazing! I contacted them about trying to see if I could get faster shipping and pay for it even though I had already completed my order. They got back to me almost immediately and even though there was nothing they could do they were amazing with their communication! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

My package got lost half way in another country and they were so quick to handle the situation and I got a full refund to repurchase the item. Definitely a 10/10 experience because that could have been a lot worse and a lot more stressful!!
