I had a warranty claim with Otis Eyewear due to a factory defect, and I have to say the process was smooth and straightforward. I submitted my claim with photos, and within 72 hours, I received a warranty code via email. No hassle, no complications—just simple and easy. I’m definitely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled it!

Glasses arrived with the arms at different angles resulting in the glasses sitting crooked on my face. When I contacted Otis they were not helpful and said the arms are adjustable but they are not

Love them but lost them in a short time while working an event. Someone else must’ve loved them more 🫠 A new deep discount code like what was sent out in August would be sick right about now 🤣

I’m on my 8th pair, they only last a few weeks before they will stretch out and not fit your face. They also are difficult to order online as they will come in different colors than what is shown and they won’t tell you that. Otis replaced one pair that broke which was kind of them, but they are overpriced for how weak the frames are.

I already own the turtoise one and ordered the Grey lenses ones but they were broken when it arrived. I sadly had to return them. Excellent service & communicarion from Otis USA & the refund was immediate. I am very grateful. Looking for a grey lenses Flint now.

Didn't realize can't exchange anything bought at a discounted promotional price. Possibly it said that somewhere but I guess it wasn't prominent to the point I noticed before buying. Buying glasses online, you can't try them to see the fit on your face ahead of time so I think being able to exchange (even if not return) is important. Now I have a pair that doesn't really fit me right and I don't want to eat the cost and buy the one that would, though I like the Otis glasses in general. Don't think I received an explanation/reply when trying to submit for exchange, but from what I gather when I read the fine print where you submit returns, it says returns only, not exchanges and no returns on discounted items so I guess that's why.
