Website said a free item when you spend over £65, so I did, however I also used a code which brought price down a bit. I emailed and customer service said she could see the free item was in my order. However it never arrived. Emailed again, they said because it was under £65 I wasn’t entitled to it. So the first person that replied was lying then!! This has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m all for customer service, so not sure I’ll purchase again.

I was a bit sceptical on purchasing this product as I have seen so many face creams advertised, and I have tried so many different makes over the years, but I am pleasantly surprised on how lovely the products are. I have dry but also get spot breakouts. These products have helped to stop the dryness & make my skin feel more hydrated & supple. Not sure that the lines look any different but that is just normal ageing which does come for all of us. I shall continue to use my Nip & Fab products & look forward to trying out new items.
