Delayed shipping and delayed help desk response
I ordered a replacement part for my Moccamaster and paid for 3-6 day shipping. After almost two weeks, the part hadn’t arrived, so I emailed the help desk asking them to expedite the order and consider refunding my shipping costs. Four days later and I haven’t heard back from the help desk. So that’s frustrating on two fronts! I’d normally give an even lower rating for this experience, but I know you and the shippers are dealing with unprecedented delays due to pandemic-related issues; but a quicker help desk response wouldn’t have taken much effort.
