Customer service and return coordinator are quick to response and helpful. However, non-US customers will need to be responsible for payment and shipment of the returned shoes even though the product has problem from manufacturing. This raises the concern to order from MBT because of the additional cost and effort to return the defective product.

Not as comfortable as i expected like my other MBT shoes

I would've preferred an option to shipping so that I could get them sooner, that's my only complaint. I was never able to get anybody on the phone to ask if they could be shipped in a different manner.
