I ordered early for Father’s Day, but chose not to get the frame initially. When I received the photo, there was a big crease in it. I immediately emailed a photo showing what happened, not only was it fixed promptly, it was here before Father’s Day in perfect condition. While pricey, it’s a beautiful gift, and worth the money in my opinion. I can’t wait to give this photo to my husband
