I am very happy with my purchase. It smells great on me. Love it.

I didn't know how famous it was. I had heard a Houbigant perfume was worn by H. R. H. Princess Diana of Wales to her wedding but had previously purchased a Houbigant fragrance traveling in a capital city in Central Asia. Interestingly, I think we Houbigant Paris cologne I purchased for myself was also coordinating with Maison Kurkdjian, such that both brands were listed on the bottle. The perfume was a gift for a woman in my life to whom by feel a great deal of gratitude. I hope that she continues to be in my life! But to establish authenticity in my heart and mind I decided to smell it. When I first sprayed the sand onto fabric to smell it, I didn't think it was as impressive as when about 30 minutes later I was putting it into the laundry and I could smell how lovely it truly is. Along with this one, I decided Mugler's Angel and also a Kurkdjian fragrance Grand Soir, which are both impressive. I wanted to finish off the set with Bond number nine, but I decided against it since the one I purchased had a lot of pizzazz that I didn't think the recipient would appreciate. It was the Nolita fragrance. Anyway, the way I feel about giving it as a gift is something in the way of 'honored', I think because it is something of a specialty that I had not previously heard of until I travel and found it in my collection just having happened to stopping a hotel's gift shop where it was sold.

I found out about Houbigant when I was in Paris and I really like several of their parfums. I purchased Iris then I had some samples and after trying them I end up ordering from them and the shipment came in very good condition. Packaging was done very well. Excelant. I would recomand most of the parfums now that I have tried about eigh of them.
