Shipments are timely and nicely packaged. Return process for a size exchange was easy. I was appreciative to receive a credit for the difference between the price of my original purchase and the higher price of the item that I purchased to replace the original items due to sizing error. Look n quality of boots great. Only problem was one pair shipped in a box the other in plastic I feel to save the company money on shipping. The company did make good after complaint n sent me another box. That should have been done in the first place.

Product is soft and comfy. I usually wear a 6 in pant size and the pj bottoms fit true to size. They were a bit too long but fit perfectly otherwise.
