Great comms from ordering to shipping and delivery. I knew to within the hour when it was arriving g. Packaging was simple and effective. Easy to break down for recycling.

The gloves were brilliant but there were difficulties getting a replacement when I returned the original, faulty pair. Customer Services were good at first but they didn’t really explain what went wrong and left me disappointed with the overall experience of this particular purchase.
