My wife is very happy with the sweater! I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Dale. Everything was easy and worked smoothly. We live in the US. We ordered two items and returned one item because of sizing. The return process was very easy. Dale of Norway provided us with a prepaid UPS shipping label. We dropped the return off at a nearby UPS store. Very easy especially considering the distance between Norway and Washington State. We can highly recommend Dale!

Great product, color as described, quick shipment
You were very quick. And Dale of Norway did great. But I am not happy with DHL delivery. I received too many messages asking me to wave the delivery with signature. I felt obligated to do as they asked, and even thought that that I would not receive my package of I did not sign thr wave. But I did not sign the wave, as my package was too expensive to risk it being stolen. As it was, the delivery man from DHL, spent a whole afternoon driving around my quiet neighborhood for hours without delivering anything, as I could see how many deliveries were before mine and that I could track his every move. I don't know what he planned to do with the packages, but I feel that my package might have been "lost" or in reality stolen by him if I had waved my right to a delivery with signature as they asked at least 5 times. This is not normal and certainly not acceptable. The company did reach out to the driver and ask him to deliver my package right away when I wrote to them exposing this problem. He pretended that there was traffic. It is a quiet neighborhood and he spent many hours, at least 4 or 5 hours driving around in circles in the neighborhood. Stopping 10 minutes then going a few blocks away and stopping another 10-15 minutes, again and again and again. So, I find that it is unacceptable that the DHL company asks it's clients to wave the signature with so much insistance when it is paid for it and that we risk being stolen by the delivery person as in this case. Or by any passer bye if left at the door. I also waisted a whole afternoon waiting for my delivery to arrive and wondering what the heck he was doing, when I had many other things to do that didn't get done. Truly unacceptable.
