It’s been 20 days since I placed my order. I have paid for express shipping & even emailed them a few times with no respond toward just wanting a refund.

Poor customer service. Product was never delivered and won’t ship here again

The shipping is horrible I been waiting almost 4 wks and no new updates on the site sitting on a dock in NJ horrible.

These two chains were suppose to be a gift for christmas. However, Items never arrived; in addition to the lack of customer service from Cernucci made this entire purchase both a waste of time and money.
