Everything was perfect!

My favorite brand for the past six years. All skates and protection are from CCM, and I also like the clothing, which is of very high quality.

Had many challenges with an online order. Was told it was due to an IT glitch with the online system. This resulted in multiple calls to customer service. Agents were always very helpful and professional, but the actual ordering process via the website was very frustrating.

The skate blades themselves worked just fine and were exactly what I was looking for. The process to get them was horrendous…. The website continued to glitch out multiple times and charged my Visa multiple times to the point where I’d have to get reimbursed by my bank at CCM couldn’t do it . The service when I called and talked to an agent, they didn’t know if the package would arrive or not as the system system seem to be down and they could not see. , so they told me to try again, where I was recharged and not sent. After all of that, the first package I tried to order did arrive and the other 15 times that I was charged. I was reimbursed after making a stink about it. This is not something I expect an established company like CCM to have happen.

We have found longevity, durability and wonderful performance with any ccm gear that we have purchased. As a goalie parent (who did not play hockey) the options can be overwhelming - we are loyal to ccm as it’s been a solid product for a growing goalie!!!

I purchased the Tacks Pro Goalie undershirt. The fact that the distributor was very close to home, shipping was lightning fast. Purchasing direct from CCM on the site was easy. As far as the product, it’s is terrific. Padding is in the best spots, the breathable material in the back does help maintain cooling. Finally, that it is machine washable and dryable is a complete bonus. Great product, highly recommend it.

Both of our orders arrived with no tracking information and quicker than expected. Emailed customer service twice and never received a response; once about tracking, once about a damaged product. One of the sticks we bought has a broken topper and needs to be replaced.

Easy to order. Great communication and information by phone. Easy returns on items.
