The bag I bought is so well made. I think it’s excellent value for money, especially as I bought it in a sale. Customer service were excellent at sending out a replacement bag strap too after one the metal parts wasn’t quite right. I had it within the same week I got the bag and the new strap was made to order. I’m so impressed!
