I've order before and everything went extremely smoothly. This time when I ordered I did hear anything for a week, so I called to follow up and about 30min let got an email that the items shipped. When I placed the order (April 7) I indicated I needed my items for an event on April 17, the items arrived to me April 18, and no one reached out saying they wouldn't make it by the requested date.

Decent product, poor customer service process.
Easy to order but the after sale process is severely lacking. There is not much information given as to next steps. I just received my shipment notification - 3 weeks AFTER I received the awards. I will not purchase from US Acrylics again due to this lack of customer service.

Outstanding job
US Acrylic Awards did a fantastic job on a police badge I needed for a retirement. They were extremely quick in their turnaround from the badge arriving and being returned to me. The finished product is everything I imagined. I would recommend them to anyone.
