I was missing one little sample spray on my original order, reached out same day received in the night. I did not expect a response so quickly but i received an email right away asking me which one it was and by the following day the one i was missing was shipped out. That is amazing customer service. I will definitely be placing an order.

This is a great alternative to the throw-away look of the plug-ins that one finds the supermarket. The solution in the bottle is also non-toxic and safe for my sensitive kitty. My only wish is that there were a more seasonally-appropriate scents, as Urthy tilts much more toward fresh, "summertime" aromas. But don't despair! There are a couple of options that run a little richer, but are more subtle. All in all though, I've already gotten compliments on how nice my place smells.

The scent is great and i love that everything is made from clean ingredients at an affordable price. Will definitely be back!
