I was shocked and extremely disappointed to discover that the products appear to have been used or are nearly empty. The pump can be pressed all the way down but almost nothing comes out, and after several attempts, only a tiny amount was dispensed. This is absolutely unacceptable — skincare products should never arrive in such condition.

Been using urban rx for 10 yrs there is nothing that compares out here my skin is flawless…. No acne no blemishes I have lip care to sprays

I used Brighter Days Dark Spot 8% AHA Polish & notice it was out of stock for ALONG time & requested an email notification when it returned back into stock. When it didn't, I emailed customer service & asked if it was discontinued & was advised 'no it's just out of stock try the Men's scrub'. 3 months later it still was not in stock, so I tried the Pumpkin mask. BIG MISTAKE! It dried my skin out so bad I was reapplying moisturizer 3x within a day which I NEVER had to do. I've been using USRx for over 10 years & I'm so disappointed not only in this product, but with the customer service support NOT being truthful about their product being discontinued.

This product is the real deal. Saw brightening and less bump irritation under my neck.

I love the products and I definitely have noticed the results over the last few years from using it Ii have an issue with the reward points program. I think there should be a wider selection of products to choose from. What's the use of the reward points if there are only two products to choose from each time I order. Also, I've completed surveys that promised points and never received them and I never received my birthday points either. Nevertheless, the products are good but the perks are hit or miss.
