The case seems to be durable the port protector no longer stays closed after one use but it appears that it protects the phone well buttons for volume and power are very hard to press

UAG is a Great site and reputable. When ordering any product from them and I've ordered several in the last month including the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra case to go with my device, it's been incredibly easy. What really wowed me was when I needed customer support, because I had to return an item. I had to email and immediately thought "Here We Go". My rep Vincent who replied to my email was AMAZING!!! He answered ALL questions, was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the process from start to finish and his follow up was impeccable. Service means everything to me and got what I needed. I gave 5 stars, because I felt that was deserved.

Love the case and the design. Have bought these cases for years and have had my current case for 3 years going strong!!

Though on the more premium side, I'm super satisfied with my phone case. Looks stylish, and feels tough enough to protect my phone, granted, I rarely drop it. Only thing - my phone case has a Kevlar fabric backing, and within weeks one thread has started to come loose, though it's not a big deal.

The UAG site is well organized and has very good information on each product. The last product received is the monarch magnetic stand which has unlimited uses. It is very well made .

We really like the UAG brand. Even if we don't buy it directly from the website but through an agent in Thailand, we can still claim a 10-year warranty. This brand is amazing. The after-sales service is fast and the communication is good. The delivery is fast even from abroad. But I want to see more Samsung products produced because we like using Samsung.

The service is great

Great product, good, fast and accurate order/shipping service. A little concerning when I got the iPhone 17 Pro Max label on the box and I had ordered a case for the iPhone 18 Pro Max. I then figured out that they were the same case. Only mildly concerning for a short time.

In a search of cases, most of which are sub par, terrible quality, there's UAG! Yes they cost a bit more, but the quality, fit and finish, and protection is the best of the best. I love their design language and color ways. I'm glad they are doing more and more samsung products. This is my go to case company. I always use a UAG.

The Pathfinder case from UAG is exceptional quality, and their print is well designed on the back of the case. It fits snug on my phone and the materials are high quality. I accidentally purchased a civilian (the cheaper/less heavy duty case) and their customer service quickly came up with a solution. I would definitely get the Pathfinder case if you have the money to afford it.
