UAG cases are the only brand I buy. I've been using them since the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and they offer excellent drop protection. However, one minor downside is that they tend to turn yellow quite quickly—within about 4–6 months in Thailand’s climate. What truly impressed me is UAG’s after-sales service. Their support team is genuinely helpful when it comes to product claims. The process is not complicated at all. You just need proof of purchase, either an order confirmation from any online platform in Thailand or a receipt—having one of these is enough for the claim. This is very different from many other brands in Thailand, which typically don’t allow claims and have extremely complicated procedures. UAG is nothing like that. Everything gets resolved smoothly with great care and efficiency.

The glass is super smooth and really helps the phone to be more responsive. I did have a small issue, but USG customer service came to the table almost instantly. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this product and all USG products. They are well designed and very well made. I’m on my 4th phone case and they have saved phone damage many times.
