Very satisfied with the product

I guess 15 days in is still too soon to tell.

For the amount of money spent and the fact that I was considering switching from CKLS my G. I. health really matters. . . The real problem is Shipping. I could have died as long as it took to ship such a wonderful product. 💖 C. S. Saved the day. Thanks to you CS. I still a customer. . .

The service was good

UpWellness is very responsive considering it is an internet company.

We really like the hydration supplement for the liver that we purchased, much better than others we have tried.

Good

Ultra Liver is good.

Did not like taste but removed my gut ache

It is not getting a 5 star because it is too salty

I believe my knee is doing a little better

We have Canadian customers for over a year now & your Golden Revive has meant the difference between me walking or not!! Your customer reps. , are friendly and polite enough, but we've found there's always a lack of communication between them somehow. Even though I have called twice to set up our automatic order, it still consistently doesn't go through & I have to follow up each time, why is this so difficult to do? It's a mystery too me! Also, without exaggeration sometimes we get our order "one month" later, which is immensely frustrating and often I end up doing without my product for almost a week and revisiting my pain again for a short while. While we live in times where two day delivery time from Amazon is possible across North America, please improve your delivery system & tell your employees to commute with one another and do their job properly, it would make your customer satisfaction level much higher, especially us!!
