I first heard about Upgraded Formulas Magnesium on Diary of a CEO and decided to give it a try. Before starting, I had it tested using the NRT method, and it didn’t interfere with any of the supplements I’m currently taking. Interestingly, the test showed I only needed one capsule instead of the two recommended on the bottle. From the very first night, I noticed a difference—I felt like I was getting deeper, more restorative sleep. My Oura Ring confirmed exactly what I was feeling, showing a significant increase in both my REM and deep sleep. This has easily become my go-to magnesium for sleep. I love this product! It has truly transformed my quality of life. The only reason that I am not rating it as 5 stars, is sadly the taste. I think it’s bitter and definitely requires time to adjust. I have a love- hate relationship with this product. I dread needing to add two servings of the drops because the more you add, the more potent it becomes. Having said that, I highly recommend this product and will shout it from the rooftops! This product is incredible! Love love love!
