The sweatshirt is so cute and so well made, my daughter put it on immediately and wore it all day- even though it was 85 degrees out and not sweatshirt weather.

Such great quality and the clothes last a lot longer! We love the colors, designs, and funky patterns and I love how much longer my baby and kids can wear ROA!

Size guidelines for ROA Mini is WAY off. I incorrectly ordered bottoms in 12-18 months for my 18 month old because according to their size guide they run large, but turns out - they don't! Crazy short window to decide what to return (and slow customer support) so we have bottoms that will not last very long. Thankfully I ordered a size up in everything else and the fit is as expected. Quality is not as high as I would expect for the price. Multiple pieces have loose/extra threads sticking out and seams I'm not sure will last. The pajamas are soft, but material is SO thin you can see through it entirely and I'm not sure how it will hold up. Arm cuffs on the pajamas are really tight as well, so it's hard to get them on/off. Unless on sale or with a great coupon code I wouldn't purchase again or recommend.

We LOVE ROA! Almost every article of clothing in my almost 4yr old's closet is from ROA. They are cute, durable, and comfortable.

We have loved RoA in the past but are extremely disappointed with the selections for our summer boxes. It's like whoever put them together didn't read our preferences AT ALL. My 11 year old and 4 year old boys were given almost the EXACT SAME boxes. I'm sorry, but those are two different age groups with VERY different tastes! We also specified no swimwear, no words and no white. Guess what every box had in them? I wound up skipping the summer boxes and am debating cancelling our subscription entirely. It's such a shame because my kids need summer clothes and were really looking forward to their boxes arriving.

I loved ROA in the past..trendy, well made clothes & great support. This season, we dont find the prints/styles appealing at all & dont care for the company logo or initials boldly displayed on the apparel. Disappointed …..

I love the experience of receiving new clothes for my grandson. However, the time limit on when to return is too short. I have to get the clothes to Mom for approval. That takes a couple of days. I received a duplicate (of pants that I had bought), so did not get to return them before the end date.

Firstly, the 'contact us' on their webpage is just script; there is no phone number anywhere on this website to talk to a live person about urgent billing issues which is unbelievable for a company like this. The only way to contact them is to send an email to which they will reply in "48 hours". Second, I have been charged $149 for box I have not even received yet and that I tried to cancel. Not a pleasant experience customer service wise. I wanted to try this to make shopping easier and that has not been my experience. The tabs for reviewing and managing your account are confusing as well. I have cancelled my subscriptions.

I'm really happy with the things I've purchased. The designs are fun and kid-approved. The t-shirts and leggings are soooo soft. They seem to be high quality and have held up well. We'll be back!
