I purchased 2 key rings, as presents for Xmas, took one look and in the bin they went, very very disappointing, $120 down the drain, very blurry and couldn’t even see the pets faces!!!

Zero customer service. Birthday flower ring holder necklace seemed a lovely idea for my elderly grandmothers milestone birthday. However when it arrived the flowers were stuck together (unlike the photos where it's got a gap between them). So naturally the ring fell right off. No instructions on how to put the rings on and the snippet video on the website only shows the holder with the wide gap. I rmailed the company and messaged on social media. Never heard back. I expressed it was important as I wanted my grandmother to be able to wear the necklace for her big birthday party. (There's also no phone number to call). 5 days has now passed and the party has happened. So the opportunity was lost :( Very disappointed. Do not recommend this company or product. They do not value their customers.

Very bad design. Not dependable to do what it’s designed for.

But slow
