These are solid, well constructed masks.

My last purchase order #49194 of 100 N-95 masks seems to be defective based on the first 6 masks I went to use. The first four had straps with a notched cut most of the way through that made it break off easily. The others had a strap that was not secured to the mask properly and broke off soon after wearing it. On some of them, the elastic straps were dingy and dirty looking, not bright white! Please help! I want to return them, but to do that I would need you to send me a prepaid(FREE) return label with pick up at my residence. This return process would be a hardship, inconvenience and added burden at this time, so I am asking that you just replace the batch of 100 masks. I am a frequent customer of about $500 worth of purchases. Please send me another box of 100 N-95 masks as a replacement for the defective purchase. I can send pictures in an email. Angela Coco

Comfortable masks that offer real protection. Straps are comfortable yet strong.

I have worn these masks since covid began. They are comfortable and effective. I ordered another 40 two weeks ago and these are different. They have a smell that made me not able to wear them. I have made 3 attempts to return them and have received no reply from the company. I am so disappointed both in the change of smell and the lack of response from the company. I won't order again.

We’ve used your masks, when needed, since during the pandemic. These straps have improved and seem less likely to snap off. We are so glad to support a company that is not only USA made, but Texas made! Thank you for a great product and good prices.

I have these and some Kimberly Clark N95s. The USM ones are excellent for aerobic activities, pickleball in my case, providing protection and unobstructed breathing.

I was at first drawn to this young company because their products are made in the USA. I ordered masks during the COVID pandemic, and shared with friends who were especially vulnerable and couldn’t find them. Now they’ve added hand-sanitizing lotion, and have masks to fit children.
