Product does not work as advertised

I need to revise my original review. What a roller coaster I've been on so far! Originally, I gave this product, the reset soft gels, a 1 star review because after following the instructions, it failed to lower my tolerance. Hours after leaving that review, I received a call from Paula in customer service. She was very kind and explained how everyone's body chemistry is different and sometimes the dosing needs to be adjusted. She gave me different instructions and asked me to follow up with her in 5 days to see if I was progressing. She also refunded the cost of the original starter pack I purchased. I take everything I said back. Since then, I've been experimenting on my own with all of the products. I was able to successfully lower my tolerance and have cracked the code on what works for me. I just want to give a shout out to Paula again in customer service. If you have any issues, they will work with you until you see results. As long as I continue to smoke, undoo has a customer for life.

Shipping was fine but the product is not.

Everything was great except the product.

Fantastic company and I love that they include the science behind their product as a nurse. It was extremely satisfying for me to not only read it, but then to live through the experience as well.

The product came fast there was no problem with shipping Just didn't work as I thought it would.

Give shipping options not a bar that shows you can change options to only click it and can’t change anything

I do recommend. I had a pleasant experience. Be careful shipping to AZ, as the capsules melted together. I should’ve bought more.

Not working

I was very disappointed with undoo products I purchased. It made absolutely no difference in lowering my tolerance. And the relief did absolutely nothing for me either. Maybe it doesn't work for some. IDK. Im really disappointed.
