The quality is very nice. They are customer oriented, pleasant, quick to resolve any issues and answer any questions. I tested mine in the yard, in the rain and wind. No water leaks and temperature inside was comfortable. Very satisfied with this product.

i am wheel chair and disabled so this is good for me from the wind and sun. i am on oxygen 24\7 so this is good for that also.

I purchased my pod and received it very quickly. My grandson had a baseball tournament over the weekend and I was able to use it the first day for rain and the cold and the second day the sun and a chilly wind. The quality is excellent. The learning curve for this 70+ grandma was there but I watched the video, practiced several times before leaving home and I successfully opened and closed it on site. Michigan spring baseball and fall soccer will never be the same for me. Thanks for a great product.

After our first experience with our MegaPod we had some slight leakage. The company is sending us a brand new one and standing by their product. Very happy especially on this cold, rainy baseball season we are having this year.

I purchased two weather pods and the combination stadium/weather pod chair. Have used the pods several times in the cold or rainy spring weather. And used the chair last weekend. Love love love!!! Awesome products and would highly recommend!!!

After sitting out in wet and cold weather in soccer games I look forward to using my Weather Pod. It is a lifesaver.

I've only used my pod once, but I loved it. It had to be 15 degrees warmer in that pod. I was able to comfortably watch my daughter's lacrosse game. If these hold up, I'll be purchasing more!!!

First of all....I love my pod. It’s everything they say it is. But most importantly...the customer service is just amazing. It’s rare to come by excellent customer service these days.

I’m so glad I ordered my pod from the website! I received it in one day and used it the next day. It was cold and windy and kept me nice and warm. I was worried about taking it down because of reviews but I had no problem. I just watched the quick video that was listed on the sheet of paper that came with my pod and it went down in just a few minutes. I’m sure it’ll get even better easier as I use it more and get used to doing it. Great purchase!!
