You did send me a new bra to see if it worked better. It was the same and I am returning it to your company and will keep the one I actually paid for. I will see if it fits better as it is worn more. Not sure if I will buy again. The bra is the exact thing I have been looking for, but sadly it isn't that great due to clasp being weird and the side seams under my arms hurt my ribs.
