Only socks my son requests. He is very astute with his clothing requirements. . . . High praise from us!! Thank you from NZ

Good quick service, shoe sizing can be a bit confusing

Perfect

Fast shipping, easy to order delivery was awesome

The material feels a little bit thick. Waist band could be a little bit tighter, still slides off when moving more. Overall is good. Was thinking to get a xs size, but no stock.

Very Good and fast delivery.

Excellent , very prompt communications.

Size is good, the entrance is a bit wide for me, otherwise all good

Good

Not as comfortable as the last pair - but more robust,

Some products great. Won't buy the bra again,

I really like the T-shirt and the product quality, but I feel the refund and return process could be improved to make it more seamless for customers. One suggestion would be to review the return shipping process, as customers currently need to pay the return shipping costs upfront, which can make the experience less convenient. It would also be great to offer more flexibility with exchanges. At the moment, exchanges appear to be limited to the same style in a different size, without the option to change the colour or choose a different style. This type of return policy reminds me of online shopping experiences from the early 2010s. In 2026, I was expecting a more customer-friendly and flexible process. While I really like the product, the returns experience makes me hesitant to shop online with Under Armour again. I hope you'll consider these suggestions, as they could make a significant difference to the overall customer experience.
