Honestly, I really like Cordyceps and Lion's Mane. Personally, I'm a true and very dedicated combat athlete. I'm a boxer. As a boxer, I am very disciplined and dedicated. I train 6 days a week. This includes running at least 5 times a week (on average, I run 6 times a week) and my boxing workouts (6 times a week, and I sometimes train twice a day). Personally, I love Cordyceps and Lion's Mane because it provides my body with a sustainable energy without jitters and without caffeine jolts. Consequently, I'm more relaxed when I fire my punch combinations, when I move and work my defense, when I'm counterpunching, sparring, and working mitts with my coach, etc. Also, the taste of Cordyceps is nice and sweet. Lion's Mane taste nice as well.

I take Play and Pause drinks and love them! Great taste and mild carbonation- Play is not stimulant but get a good natural energy feeling before working out , especially Jiujitsu. I drink Pause after working out and even on recovery days because it definitely helps with recovery and even for me helps with post jiujitsu body aches and pains.
