I have switched to UG because they are a B Corp. The website was good, easy to navigate. The hair analysis questionnaire thing was interesting. The product arrived on time and in good condition and in minimal packaging.

My products came later than expected but overall the products are great!

My hair has been so much thicker and curlier! It is really reasonable for the price as well. I was spending £60 on a conditioner and cleanser before and this does the same thing but better I would say!
