Sasha was very helpful. Kept in touch throughout the exchange process. Received my replacement cover and couldn’t be more pleased.

The family and dogs love it. Fun to play a board game on it, watch movies, chill time and for sleeping! Highly recommend. I love that it has a zipper to slip off and wash.

Overall it's wonderful now that I got the cover on. I'm a single person without a ""partner"" to assist. Quite a workout!

Genius design

We had been eyeing the outdoor poufs for months! So excited for them to arrive and utilize in our outdoor space. Unfortunately, as soon as someone sat in one, the filling started to fall out. Upon further examination, it appeared there was a problem with the zipper. I contacted Jaxx coroner service by email and they were absolutely incredible. Very kind, excellent communication, and we’re able ti quickly replace the faulty part. We’re back on track for summer chill-axing! Thank you for so quickly fixing the issue. The bean bags themselves are beautiful! Brilliant colors and great size.

Chairs showed up quickly and the family is already enjoying them out by the pool. They are a nice comfortable place to sit. We will probably buy a couple more.

It's alright. Just alright. Thing 1: It was VERY overstuffed. I had to take out 3 contractor bags full of stuffing to get it to not feel like a giant stuffed sausage, and the stuffing foam bits get literally everywhere from static. It's months later and I'm still picking up pieces of foam. Thing 2: You can take the cloth cover off to wash it, but that's literally meaningless because the liner underneath that holds the foam bits is not waterproof (reminds me of landscape fabric). So when you cat/dog/child immediately pees on it, it's pretty much ruined and cannot be cleaned ever. It's not like a couch with stationary foam that can be steamed and mostly taken care of -- this is just a tumbler of stained foam chunks rolling around in a bag. Thing 3: Kids do love it because they can beat it up and jump around. Adults hate it because it's not comfortable.

We purchased the loveseat two ottoman set in charcoal and it was just delivered yesterday. For reference, we purchased the loveseat through a third party, intending to use it for guests this week. The third party contacted us and said they wouldn’t be able to deliver until after our guests left! I was so set on getting this loveseat I did a little digging and found the direct Jaxx website then called directly. I reached Candice, who was so amazing in helping us with solving our issue and giving us a place for our guests to sleep. She assured me that their delivery would be made in time - not only was it on time, we got it a day earlier that originally quoted! It was delivered in one box; we opened it in the room where it will live and were thrilled with how quickly it expanded. The loveseat is fantastic quality, the cover even better. It was easy to put the cover on and get the loveseat arranged in our office/guest room. It is still expanding but is already wonderfully comfortable. I’m small and am super comfortable using the loveseat as a reading nook when we don’t have guests. We do already have a mattress topper from a previous guest bed, and will probably use it, but it doesn’t really need it. When unfolded, it is a complete queen mattress with no additional space usage, like a fold out couch or headboard would take up. It’s light enough that we can move it around with no issues and compact enough that we can put it in a corner if we need more room. Wonderful chairs. My grandkids love them. Work as temp beds, too. Received the chairs just a few days after ordering. They fluff out just like the instructions say. The covers appear to be very sturdy. The zippers are heavy duty, but look great. I haven't had to wash the covers yet, but I expect they will perform as advertised. All in all, a great experience.

I got the 7. 5 couch denim model, and my only complaint is that it really shmush down and then the back support is gone. Then again if i bought this it was certainly not for back support and keeping a few pillows around fixes it.

More than met expectations! Comfortable for younger kids, teens & adults.

I wanted to like this bean bag/cover very much. But it said it was indigo denim, which led me to think blue jean fabric. It's black and grabs dog hair and won't let go! I cannot get it off, even with a brush, a scrubber, or a fabric adhesive tape roller! It looks terrible! Ugh.

My grandsons are loving their JAXX couch! Very versatile, easy to Clean and just plain fun for them

Overall I like it, needed to buy more stuffing for it though.

Ordering on the website was easy, received my order in the provided timeframe, easy to unpack, got in shape within the afternoon. My daughters love it. It is just smaller that I envisioned but they still have fun moving the pieces around. I love the color (purple)

Good product. Fabric is a soft and seems durable. Color received was as expected. Comfortable but lower profile than expected.
