Excellent product , your customer service was very lacking in the past, I spoke to Amberly this morning as my subscription had been cancelled ,not by my doing , and Amberlu reinstated it and was so very helpful. I’m a long time customer and have experienced lost shipments, delayed orders , missing partial orders and many unhelpful representatives, until Amberly. She is a gem !! Please beware of how valuable she is to your company.

My initial order of the beef dog food my pet experienced quite a bit stomach upset. She simply could not digest it, so up it came even though we gradually introduced the food to her diet. I reached out to the company. What a great response! The company assisted me with return of multiple bags we purchased and encouraged me to try the chicken recipe. Perfect fit this time. And our little Sophie absolutely loves the chicken recipe and does not experience any stomach upset!! Thank You!!

Adjusting the kind of food our dog eats was easy to do.

Shipping was fine. Cancelling the subscription was not straight forward let alone trying to seek reimbursement. I gave up.
