I have sent several emails to customer support and haven’t received a single reply. Terrible customer service! I’m not certain a human even monitors the email address. Will not shop again, very frustrating!!!

Wheels were as described and shipping was faster than I expected.

Delivered on time. Easy assembly, front brake needed tweaking but this is a quality machine. My son loves it, he’s 11.
