I had originally ordered the black tea lemon when the big canister released and it was not at all like the tea I had from the teafreshers. It was completely lemon forward and did not taste like iced tea. I reached out to ultima and they replaced it for me and Im happy to say its just like the first time I tried it. I really appreciate them for being so kind and offering a replacement. Love ultima. Best electrolytes out there
