you did not have my permission to use my card and resend your product on a recurring basis. i love it- but i DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR YOU TO DO THAT

Excellent customer service, when I reported that my order had not yet arrived. I was reminded b/c they sent an email asking me review it! They had initially reported a delay in delivery so I forgot about it. When the request to review came in I called customer service and they immediately re-ordered it for me. Then it arrived in a reasonable amount of time
