Where do I start, firstly I took a leap and purchased a pair of 700 gen 2 max for Xbox and I could not be more pleased, from the box and packaging to the headset being comfy and sound quality. But also the service they provide Fred from CS helped me when I had a few questions they was clear and direct and the issue was resolved in 2 emails I couldn't ask for better customer service
