Fantastic little machine, delivery was on time and packaging really made it an extra special present for my partner. She was overjoyed with the relief it gave her on her painful shoulder and neck areas. Due to the weight it wouldn’t be ideal for prolonged use by single person but for short blasts of relief or longer periods with help or really is perfect 10/10
