Overall, a great experience the only downside is the packaging was damaged I would definitely give the customer the option of choosing the courier. Some couriers are better than others. I would say that mous products are world class but the courier company that delivered my parcel is not.

Shipping was a bit of a mystery! Never got updates to the tracker and order turned up 1-2 days after its due date
