Lumene you have become my favourite place for skin care, age 52 , a girl that seeks good products, how have I only just found you. My dressing table is full of all your beautiful products, from skin care to make up. The best compliment from my friend, your looking very young these days. I know for a fact it’s because of lumene lush products. I have one request, I’d like to see travel size. I’m about to go on my hols, as much as the glass bottles keep these lovely little beauties in qaulity packaging. They are not suitcase friendly, I am having to transfer into smaller bottles , not ideal with such qaulity products. Please 🙏 Lumene travel size, it would help new customers trial them too. They’d be back for bigger and better, beacause I am hooked. Lumene I salute you for providing one of the best products on the market at respective prices. I’m obsessed 😍

I bought 2 tubes of the new bounce moisturiser, one for me and one for my daughter. It is awful. It’s difficult to describe but it leaves a kind of skin which rubs off in bits or in my tinted serum (Lumene) in white bits. So disappointed. I have emailed Lumene twice but had no reply.

There has been a noticeable brightness to my skin since starting to use Nordic C which others have commented on

Great website, being older I get confused with some websites.

This is not a simple Good or Bad answer as the initial "support" was non existent in that I had no further communication from the Customer Service team from 2 January (as per my email to cust services ) until 14 April. However the very generous offer of €200 worth of products by way of apology has somewhat compensated for the delay in responding to my complaint. And from the most recent email to receiving said products has been under 24 hours so that has been excellent and I do thank you for that. Also, I would be happy to 'test' these products and feedback how my skin reacts if this would be useful?
