Added the serum and tinted moisturiser as a treat. Was assured l would receive a cleanser and toner for free as l had spent over £60. I did add a discount code however l was still above the £60 when it was added. Phoned and spoke a very rude customer service advisor who told me l was not permitted to receive the free gift. Will not be using eborain again
