I’m being asked repeatedly to provide a review of Curlsmith, so here it goes: I like Curlsmith products. Are they the best out there? I don’t know, but the ones I use are good. I’m sure there are other good products out there as well. And, well, one might want to consider finding them considering Curlsmith as a company. Their shipping time takes awhile. That’s fine as long as you’re not in a pinch. Otherwise, look at their authorized resellers. You can grab it in store, if in stock, or they tend to ship fairly quickly—within a couple of days. But that’s not the biggest issue The problem is Curlamith packaging. It’s abysmal. I’ve had pumps come broken. Usable though. And I can switch out with another pump. Nothing I had complained about. I simply adjusted. But when it came completely detached, and over half the product had leaked out, I complained. To which for “my inconvenience” I was offered a 20% refund. No. That was not an inconvenience. The inconvenience was taking over a week to deliver. The inconvenience was needed to contact customer service. The insult was a 20% refund for over 50% of the product gone. And honestly, how loose was that thing that there wasn’t stuff crawling around in it while it was in a warehouse? I don’t even want to use the half that’s there. It should’ve been a replacement or a full refund. They did send a replacement when I complained about a 20% refund for over 50% of the product missing. Oddly enough, it arrived with the same issue. Not as much product missing because this time at least it wasn’t fully disconnected. Those authorized reseller I mentioned earlier, they packaged their products differently and never arrives damaged. This is very clearly a Curlsmith company issue. Didn't even bother to complain again. It’s a lot of money for substandard delivery And let’s talk about the money. You can’t stack a coupon and rewards. Other Shop platform retailers allow it. Those resellers? They go on sale, let you add a coupon, and use y...

Curlsmith itself is great. The first bottle that arrived didn't spray. I was sent a new one right away. When I decided I didn't like the product it was refunded promptly. Mostly I loved the products, it just takes a lot of trial and error to determine which ones work.

Neither the shampoo or conditioner worked for me. My curly, fine hair was left frizzy and dry.

Your gel smells like rotting fruit and I very much regret the purchase. I cannot stand that smell being so close my face - UGH!

First week I was amazed by the product but, next day my hair looks and feels terrible and I think it made them very harsh/unry. I still think it’s a good product for a temporary volume, but not if you want to feel soft, natural curls

I found the products don't warrant the price tag for me. Nothing particularly wrong - just didn't really do anything. Maybe if you are new to looking after your curls, then you will notice an improvement, but I have always worn my hair curly so for me - products didn't hit the mark.
