I'm very happy with my recent purchase of Cowboy cruiser. The mobile application is very modern and controls many functions of the bike. The cycling experience is unique. The only negative aspect is the delay of delivery by 2 months but considering the demand for this product it was acceptable.

Bike looks sleek and clean
Bike looks sleek and clean and I want to love it, but there were so many shortcomings and quirks in pretty much all other domains, that I want to return it: customer service heavily relies on bots which most of the time didn't convey what my issue was; issues around activation of Cowboy Connect; errors when rebooting the bike from the Android App; flaky firmware update from Android; brake fluid stains on the handlebar, grinding noises from the brakes, grinding noises fro the motor... and that is not even all there is/was! Makes me wonder what's in store down the road... To top it all off I am charged with 69 EUR for a technician to look at these issues. Bike being 2 weeks old with first issues submitted 30 minutes after unboxing!
