The product is great. But after I lost my hair I tried to cancel this with no success! I have Emailed them with no success. Tried to call its international so I would get charged for the call. This is ridiculous

I was super stoked to finally get my package in the mail, and my bottle of Black Mist was empty. At first I was unsure how to use it, so I didn’t know if you’re supposes to just add water to use for a spray bottle, but as I was watching videos with it, they actually have something in. Was getting sick of poor quality products that just didn’t work for my hair type so eventually took the plunge and ordered a few products from this site and they are incredible - do exactly as they say and make my hair look great with minimal effort. Products smell fantastic and have no oily or sticky after effect. Will only use these products from now on

I have had the same hairstyle for about 6 or 7 years now and in that time I have been constantly searching for that product that gives good hold, without either the rock hard crusty feel or the greasy look. I signed up for the free trial, tried the Craft Clay and boom!! Perfect, great matte finish and I can still put my fingers through my hair without feeling like I need to wash my hands afterwards. I never normally write reviews, but this product is so good I couldn't not write one. I also needed to change my subscription and phoned up, spoke to a guy called Nathan who was passionate and knowledgeable about the products (In fact I think he may have been the founder of the company), super helpful, we ended up chatting for 15 minutes, changed my order even though it had been packaged up already. So Products quality 5 stars, Customer service 5 stars, and no chemicals in my hair...5 stars!! I HAVE STOPPED SEARCHING FOR MY PERFECT HAIR PRODUCT!! Thank you Black Label Grooming, you guys rock.

They delete anything less than a 5 star review so don't let the rating fool you. Products are ok. Service is garbage. They shipped my order to the wrong country multiple times then only sent half of my order to the correct address 2 months later. They take weeks to respond. They have not refunded any of my money even though I have yet to receive what I paid for (these people are thieves). No apologies either, just garbage excuses from a garbage company.

It’s taken years to find a hair product like this. Does exactly what it says, great delivery service, amazing packaging, and the products are just 5* the smell is soooo good too. The spray and clay have lasted about 3 months, but I’d pay every month for these!!. Will never buy another brand hair product again now!!

My first time using the black label products and it’s perfect the pre styling spray is brilliant and no stickyness or no weight like stylist products. the hold is great to defo a brilliant buy

I'm not one for writing reviews but I think this stuff deserves one from me. I have quite thick hair and I've struggled to find a product I love since Kevin Murphy stopped producing Gritty Business a while back. The clay and the pre styling spray works great for me. Not to solid hold and waxy enough but not clumpy and sticky. It almost gets better throughout the day, hair stays feeling healthy and clean and my hair is easily restyled a number of times a day without needing more product or the hair drying out. I do use quite a bit of product and I thought I was going to get through the clay in a couple of weeks and it was going to get expensive but it's still going well over a month of using it every day making it very affordable. So I've subscribed every 60 days. Well done guys!

Recieved my free trial mist and clay today and can tell straight away that I won't b using any other product on my hair again!! Smells fantastic as well!!!

At first I rated them a 2 because despite the good products the customer service was pretty bad however after emailing them they delay with my problem straight away so I recommend if you have any problems with cancelling a subscription you should email them instead of calling them to get it dealt with. Good product and better custerm service.

Hello, I have a big problem, hope you can help me solve it. On June 9th 2018 I ordered from you your products. Problem is that it never came to me. I paid around 20 pounds and i don't have a product, neither my money, I was trying to solve it with you, and after 2 weeks you tryed to send it once more, but it didn't help again. Then I was still trying to reach you but (I don't know why) you stopped replying to me. It was for me a dead end. I wrote to you on this site but nothing. I wrote to you by email but still nothing. So I decided to call you but you weren't picking up and by calling I lost 5 pounds because i am calling you from a long way from Slovakia. So I lost even more of my money and still nothing. Now I was waiting if it won't came after all but I waited half a year and still nothing. Whoever is reeding this, please help me make them see it and be careful because I lost money from this site so don't make the same mistake. I don't trust them no more. I already wrote some reviews but they deleted it. I don't know who is running this firm but they have a great bussiness from it by taking hard earned money from people like me. I even doubt anyone will see this because they don't like bad reviews and comments. So in conclusion could you finaly help me a start to answer to my texts please?

I am new to the brand and its line of products but finally a product that actually works and smells great!! I was a previous user of the Oasis product line especially for its matte finish. However, the pre styler with Black Label works so well with instant volume results, super impressed! I have also added the Style Paste and both really work for my hair which is no easy task. The service also really impressed me, spoke to the team directly to find out more about the brand, its origins and products. Products arrived with quick delivery as promised. craft clay and the mist spay have quite a good hold and remain light on hairs, perfect for a natural look.

Like most people I've had problems finding and styling my hair with various products in the past that work as it should, my hair very rarely stayed the way I wanted it to. I've been using the matte fibre by vo5 which worked okay, until now... Today I've received my combo trial pack of the mist and shape paste and i couldn't wait to try it out and wow... what a difference it has made instantly, it's certainly passed my expectations. Not only has it made my hair stay in shape, it's made it look and feel more volumized and textured with a great scent added. This is 100% my go to hair product for the future and it's time to chuck out all the other products. I would recommend anyone to give it a try, you'll not be disappointed. Just received my black mist & profile putty last week. Been using a few different products in the past to discover what really works best that’s not over hyped. Soon as these were delivered they are not kidding when they says kiss bad hair days away. The products provide you with so much texture, volume that will last you all day. Highly recommend these products to those of you who have not coped any. By far my new go to products for life keep up the great work black label you guys are true with what you do💯

After plenty of trial and error with other hair products I have finally sfound a perfect combo of natural look without your hair style changing. I use the black mist and profile putty combination. I’m currently by the coast and it has been extremely windy all day and my hair still looks like I’ve just styled it. Highly recommend and worth what you pay.
