High quality product and is 100% waterproof. I am replacing my previous case which I had and used almost daily for 4 years. I recommend this case.

We have yet to use we have a pending trip in February. Friends of ours recommended this so our hopes are high that it will work as well as it does for them.

I purchased a Ugo bag back in the fall of 2021. I loved it until after about a year of use, the zipper failed. I tried to reach out to the company,but inadvertently emailed the wrong company. I decided to give up because it had been over a year since I purchased it. I recently met Vicky at Canoecopia and told her the story. She said, "pick out a bag,we stand behind our product!" My friends were so impressed with the great customer service that they both bought one. I am looking forward to the upcoming kayak season because I really did love the bag. I am enjoying my Slim so far. It has kept my phone dry while rowing, dragon boating and paddle boarding (even in tough wind and splashing waves) while still allowing me to capture great photos while it stays protected. On hot sunny days when my phone battery gets a bit warm I just secure it alongside my board and let the water safely cool it off. The strap is great to put on sling style to run a quick errand post any water activity. The strap clips are quite secure and snug, so not an easy transition if you want to briefly remove the strap. I do wish it had an optional clip if not needing the strap so I could clip it securely to my board or inside the boat. I’ve added my own to overcome that issue. Overall a great accessory for any water enthusiast!

I reached out to the company about an out of stock product- and they rechecked and forwarded one! Now I can transport my cell phone or my laptop in the dinghy without fear! Quality is first class…

Great set up for bringing iPhone 14 pro max with me wingfoiling. I wear under buoyancy aid vest. The low profile pouch and harness is great when I am out alone on the water and sail far from my launch spot.

The product is waterproof and it does float. I was able to more or less take pictures on my phone while it was in the pouch. But the side buttons are inaccessible so the phone stayed on and got pretty hot. Also, the included strap did not work well. Because the pouch floats, it was behind me while I was swimming and not very convenient. Maybe the harness would do better.

Ugo would have saved two Iphones for me.

My favorite thing to do in the summer is float in the pool and listen to audio books. After losing two pairs of wireless headphones, I was so thankful to get this as a gift. Now my phone can safely float with me and I can relax. I was skeptical but after hours in the pool I feel my phone is 100% safe and protected.

Just opened the box with my UGO Tablet. Pros: Less bulky than I though it would be, holds the tablet in place securely (seems to be a magnet or something along the bottom as it takes a good tug to remove the iPad), the attachment points should keep it securely on my deck and the zipper looks every bit as good as the one on my drysuit The touch screen works just fine. Cons: material looks cheap, the photo on the website suggested (at least to me) that there were open pockets/sleeves to put pens and such in (there aren’t) and two emails prior to ordering were never answered, including a question about why the discount wasn’t showing up in the cart. I had to reverse engineer the code from other discount codes that were advertised. Conclusion: Looks like the case will work for the kayak expedition around Lake Superior next year. A bit expensive at full price but the only other options are glorified zip lock bags. Since I benefited from the 30% off sale, the case is a reasonable value that should work for my purposes.

I purchased my Ugo bag seven years ago, when the company was developing with Kick Starter funding. Due to some zipper issues my bag was no longer waterproof. I am impressed with their excellent customer service and sticking behind their quality products even after the warranty had long been expired. I love using my Ugo bag on the pontoon and ATV rides because it protects my phone from water, sand and dirt.

If you take that new high$$ phone/key pob to the water you better take this product with you. I have found nothing that works better. The company communicates well and honors it's warranty with ease. I highly recommend UGO for protecting your electronics on the water.

First time I bought Ugowear was in 2020 for my husband as a Christmas present (the phone case). We have been using it ever since. Love it so much that I got him one for his laptop to complete the set. Not only that I also got myself a set and phone cases 2.0 for all my sailor kids. The phone case 2.0 is amazing. It’s big enough to fit in my son’s (10 yrs old) phone, his blood glucose meter, along with some sweets for emergency. All safe in the compact case while he sails in his dingy. Very happy!
