I got an Excellent sale price & my new unit arrived THE VERY NEXT DAY! (I live just a few cities away. )

Live by Las Vegas so I got it fast 3 days. No phone number to call but chat lines there. Great product wish the cable was longer wish the light was in a different spot which one of the plugins was turn around cuz I have a big plug to plug in so I have to miss a space.

Communication could be better on delivery dates

It took a bit longer to get to me then I was expecting, but well worth the wait
