Not a fan of your no refund policy

I have now bought 3 dresses off Two Sisters and 3 times I've been really unhappy with the fit, they seem bulky to wear and cut in unflattering ways that does nothing for my figure despite having 3 completely different types of styles they all felt 'frumpy ' which isn't usually a problem. I returned one but the returns policy is only store credit and after 3 failed attempts I give up and will just keep the last 2 dresses and wear them with family or to events I dont care what I look like. Floppy back holes, heavy material, too much bulky coverage in the wrong areas, like waist. Really the problem is the returns policy, I just can't trust shopping with you if I'm going to buy poorly fitting garments and not be able to return them as brand new for a full credit or refund

Slow shipping. One Dress smelled terrible and appeared very cheap for price. Other was nice. Unfriendly returns policy. Overall hit and miss experience.

Unfortunately they have still not arrived for my events despite ordering over three weeks ago :.( Last time I ordered got the dress in three days so I’m very surprised and disappointed

I still haven't received the dress I needed for an event last weekend!! I contacted sendle as the tracking on the parcel said it was unable yo be delivered so I requested re delivery. I contacted them days later when there was no update on the tracking to be told there was no address o the parcel. After a lot of back and forth they finally let me update the address info and requested redelivery and said to allow 1-2 business days and after a further 5 business days still nothing!! The parcel was actually in the area in plenty of time for me to receive it when I needed it. So disappointed

Shipping is a joke I still haven’t received my dress and it’s been 2 weeks.

I submitted a refund or size swap. I rung and emailed and there was no reply. Luckily I had a great dressmaker who was able to resize and also make other minor adjustments. The dress was good quality shame about customer service.

The dress is really beautiful but is a bit small in sizing I brought my usual size but does Not fit properly.

I purchased the Reyna Navy in a size 10. Perfect fit and beautiful quality. I received so many positive comments about the dress.
